Lessons from Great-Grandma Margaret

Tony and I spent a lot of time with Great-Grandma and Grandpa Knutson this weekend since they were in town and they can't get enough of Little Tony. 92-year old Great-Grandma Margaret taught her 3rd great-grandchild some valuable lessons. He listened intently.

Lesson #1: Norwegian. Tony is one-quarter Norwegian, after all.

"Takk for sist" = Lots of meanings, including: "Thanks for inviting me" and "Good to see you again."

Lesson #2: Singing. Great-Grandma Margaret sang all sorts of songs to Tony as Grandma Mary played. "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" was especially popular. Probably because of the interpretive dance.
