Back to the cabin this past weekend, as per usual. When we arrived on Friday night there was a mysterious object in the driveway. Not that the object itself was mysterious, but we didn't know from where it came. It was a pontoon! Unfortunately, not ours. The Martins bought a new one!
The next day was the "maiden voyage of the SS Margarita." It was also the maiden voyage of Little Tony Pledger. Baby's first boat ride! He LOVED it! He particularly enjoyed watching the wake behind the boat. We got to try out his life jacket. His little face got a bit squished, but safety first! Don't mind the halloween pajamas he's wearing. Warmth over fashion.
Even after a long time on the boat, he didn't complain.
A great time was had by all!
Now this has become the theme song of the summer:
TONY'S BOATING SONG
