One-Year Well Baby Appointment

We were excited to see Tony's stats at one year old. He seems so big! We were actually surprised by the results:

• Height: 33in. - 96th percentile
• Head: 19in. - 96th percentile
• Weight: 23lbs. 7oz. - 56th percentile

That last one made us do a double take. The doctor told us that Tony is fine and proportional, but he could stand to gain a little weight. With all the running around and the switch from formula to milk, he needs more calories. Dr. Sullivan said to "add cream and butter to [Tony's] mac 'n cheese." Tony also had shots and his blood drawn. They lab tech did a finger stick. Tony just laid on me and watched it all happen. Calm in a crisis. 15-month check up is next!
