New Brighton has an annual Easter egg hunt in a park. This year, we decided to try it. I use the word "hunt" very lightly since it was a bunch of eggs laid out in an open field. The other thing learned today: other parents are jerks. It's a stupid Easter egg hunt. It was supposed to be fun, but parents got involved and it was over in about 15 seconds. Good thing that Tony didn't know the difference. He was happy with the whopping three eggs he got. Part of the problem is that I don't know if Tony fully understands what he is supposed to do. Next year will be better (if we decided to go back, that is.).
