Anthony, Tony, and I spent Easter at Aunt Carol's house. Tony had a blast! As did we all while we watched him in his first Easter egg hunt, which basically meant putting an egg down directly in front of him. He figured out what to do immediately. With every egg he picked it up, shook it, open it, and devoured the bunny cookies inside. He also got an Easter basket with bubbles, flip flops, plastic keys, a stuffed bunny rabbit, and a couple other little things. True to form, he went around showing everyone everything in the basket. That took longer than the egg hunt! Finally, he took a nap, but was right back up when the music started. Carol played violin while Grandma Mary played piano. Tony clapped after every song and signed for "more." The finale came when Connie came over and sang. By the end of the concert Tony was rubbing his eyes and it was time to go home. I think Easter may be Tony's new favorite holiday!
