Happy Father's Day!

Tony and I had two Father's Days. Day #1 was spent at daycare. They had a little program and a pizza party. It was very nice and Tony gave Anthony a very sweet gift! The hard part was that Tony didn't want me to leave. I guess we are going through an attachment phase. It took just as long for me to leave as the entire lunch. I snuck out after I got him down for a nap.

Father's Day #2 was spent on Father's Day. Tony and I went to two (yes TWO) parks. The first one was too grown-up for Tony, but the 2nd one was just his size. They had a toddler gym that Tony could play on all by himself! It was perfect for Mr. Independent. The park was followed by dinner with Grandpa Dan, who was returning from the cabin and slept the whole time with the exception of opening gifts and eating. Tony got to talk to Anthony for a bit, which really meant laughing at a picture of him on the phone. Though we weren't able to spend the day together, it was a lovely day!
